Customer Service Coordinators

Dynamic companies located in the Los Angeles and Culver City area, seeks outstanding Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls. Must have the ability to use a script, when setting appointments. The right candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to move around a Windows base system using Word, Excel and Act. Strong data entry skills are required as well (7,000-9,000 keystrokes). Candidate must have experience taking inbound calls, selling a product or scheduling appointments in the past.
